New England Stars U18 player Jake Latham has signed on to play with the Stars' junior team for the 2014-2015 season.
Latham, a native of Nashua, N.H., previously played for Nashua North High School. Now that he has graduated, though, expectations are high for Latham's role on the junior team.
"I expect him to be a top nine forward," said Stars General Manager Dan Fontas. "He's a smaller, speedy type of guy. He's strong on the puck."
Latham netted three goals and had six helpers in 11 games in the 2013-2014 high school hockey season.
